01Using the demo

The demo is the product you can try today. It takes about five minutes, it runs in any modern browser, and it needs no account and no payment. Bring something you are genuinely going back and forth on: it is built to work on a real decision, and it has much less to work with if you give it a hypothetical.

If it stalls or an answer never arrives, reload the page. Your session is saved as you go, so you will pick up where you left off rather than starting over. If a reload does not fix it, write to us and say roughly where in the conversation it stopped.

02Your session and your data

The demo is anonymous. We do not ask who you are, and nothing you type is attached to a name unless you give us your email at the end so we can send you a record of the session.

You can have your session deleted at any time, no reason needed. Email privacy@getinward.com and we will remove it. If you gave us an email address, mention it so we can find the right session. If you did not, tell us roughly when you used the demo and we will find it from that.

03The waitlist

Joining the waitlist gets you one email when it is your turn, and nothing else. No newsletter, no drip sequence.

To come off it, reply to any email from us or write to hello@getinward.com and we will delete your address.

04Bugs and feedback

Found something broken, or something you wish worked differently? Tell us at hello@getinward.com. For a bug, the browser you were using, whether you were on a phone or a computer, and a rough description of what you were doing are all we need. A screenshot helps.

Feedback on the answers themselves is the most useful mail we get. If the demo read you wrong, or read you right, we would like to know which part.
